Instructions
- Prep the chicken by cutting it into bite-sized pieces for even cooking.
- Create the sauce by whisking together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, and cornstarch in a bowl.
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat until shimmering.
- Cook the chicken pieces in the pan for about 5-7 minutes until golden on one side.
- Flip the chicken, pour the sauce over it, and simmer for about 5 more minutes until cooked through.
- Garnish with sesame seeds and chopped green onions before serving.
Notes
