- 2–3 medium ripe bananas
- 1 cup chocolate chips (dark, milk, or white)
- 1/2 cup peanut butter (or nut/seed butter of your choice)
Instructions
- Prep your pan: Line an 8×8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- Mash those bananas: In a large mixing bowl, mash the ripe bananas until smooth with some lumps.
- Melt the chocolate: In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips and peanut butter. Heat in 30-second increments until fully melted.
- Combine the mixtures: Pour the chocolate-peanut butter mixture into the mashed bananas and stir until well combined.
- Spread in the pan: Pour the fudge mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth out the top.
- Chill time: Refrigerate for 1-2 hours until set.
- Slice and serve: Lift the fudge out of the pan and slice it into squares.
Notes
Feel free to experiment with different types of chocolate and nut butters. For a nut-free version, try sunflower seed butter.
