10 dates (pitted and soaked)

1 cup toasted coconut flakes

Melted dark chocolate gems
Instructions

Soak dates in warm water for a few minutes to soften.

Blend in a food processor until smooth (add a splash of water if needed).

Stir in toasted coconut flakes.

Roll into balls, flatten onto a lined baking sheet, and poke a hole in the center.

Freeze for 10–15 minutes.

Dip the bottoms in melted dark chocolate. Let them set—and enjoy!
