Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground pork sausage
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Mix the ground pork sausage, almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl until evenly combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
  5. Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter.

Notes
