- 1 pound ground pork sausage
- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Mix the ground pork sausage, almond flour, shredded cheddar cheese, grated Parmesan, egg, garlic powder, onion powder, and Italian seasoning in a large bowl until evenly combined.
- Shape the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden brown and the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Cool for a few minutes on the baking sheet before transferring to a serving platter.
Notes
Serve with spicy mustard or a creamy dipping sauce. They can also be frozen for up to three months.
