Ingredients

1 can tuna in olive oil, drained

½ ripe avocado, mashed

1 small pickle, diced

2 tbsp diced red onion

Red chili flakes (to taste)

Pinch of dried dill

Sea salt & ground black pepper

Brown rice crackers (for dipping)


Instructions

In a bowl, mash the avocado with a fork.

Add drained tuna and gently flake it into the avocado.

Mix in diced pickle and red onion.

Sprinkle in chili flakes, dill, salt, and pepper.
