Description
These smoky, spicy wedges are crisp on the outside, soft in the middle, and packed with bold Cajun flavor. Doubled for sharing and upgraded with a few extra twists, they’re a killer side for everything from grilled meats to veggie bowls.
Ingredients
• 4 large sweet potatoes, cut into thick wedges
• 4 tbsp olive oil
• 2 tsp Cajun seasoning
• 1 tsp garlic powder
• ½ tsp smoked paprika (adds smoky depth)
• ¼ tsp cayenne pepper (optional, for more heat)
• Salt, to taste
• Optional garnish: chopped parsley, lime wedges
Instructions
Preheat air fryer to 380°F (195°C).
In a large bowl, toss sweet potato wedges with olive oil, Cajun seasoning, garlic powder, smoked paprika, cayenne, and salt.
Arrange in a single layer in the air fryer basket (cook in batches if needed).
Air fry for 14–18 minutes, shaking halfway through, until crispy and browned at the edges.
Garnish with fresh parsley or a squeeze of lime before serving.
