Ingredients
1.5 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breast, cut into 1-inch cubes
1/4 cup fresh lemon juice
2 tbsp olive oil
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika (smoked or regular)
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
Optional garnish: 1 tbsp fresh chopped parsley
Optional for serving: Lemon wedges
Instructions
In a bowl, combine lemon juice, olive oil, garlic, oregano, thyme, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Add chicken to the marinade, toss to coat, and let sit for 15–30 minutes (or cover and refrigerate for up to 2 hours).
Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
Air fry chicken bites in a single layer for 8–10 minutes, shaking halfway through, until golden and cooked through (internal temp 165°F).
Garnish with parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
