- 1 medium head of cauliflower
- 1/4 cup honey
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 3–4 cloves of garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon ground ginger (or 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, minced)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional garnish: sliced green onions and sesame seeds
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Prep the cauliflower by washing it and cutting it into 1-inch florets.
- Make the sticky sauce by whisking together honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, olive oil, and ginger in a mixing bowl.
- Toss the cauliflower florets in the honey garlic mixture and spread them out on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 25 to 30 minutes, tossing halfway through, until golden brown and crispy on the edges.
Notes
For a gluten-free option, use tamari instead of soy sauce. For added flavor, sprinkle with sesame seeds and chives before serving.
