Ingredients

  • 1 can refried beans
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 packet taco seasoning
  • 1 cup guacamole
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • ½ cup sliced black olives
  • 1 cup fresh parsley
  • Blue corn tortilla chips

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Workspace: Clear your kitchen counter and gather all your ingredients.
  2. Spread the can of refried beans evenly across the bottom of a large serving dish.
  3. Add the sour cream on top of the refried beans.
  4. Mix your taco seasoning with the guacamole in a small bowl, then spread it evenly over the sour cream layer.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the guacamole.
  6. Evenly spread the diced tomatoes over the cheese layer.
  7. Add your sliced black olives on top.
  8. Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the olives.
  9. Cover the dip with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
  10. Surround the dish with blue corn tortilla chips when ready to serve.
