- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 packet taco seasoning
- 1 cup guacamole
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- ½ cup sliced black olives
- 1 cup fresh parsley
- Blue corn tortilla chips
Instructions
- Prep Your Workspace: Clear your kitchen counter and gather all your ingredients.
- Spread the can of refried beans evenly across the bottom of a large serving dish.
- Add the sour cream on top of the refried beans.
- Mix your taco seasoning with the guacamole in a small bowl, then spread it evenly over the sour cream layer.
- Sprinkle the shredded cheddar cheese generously over the guacamole.
- Evenly spread the diced tomatoes over the cheese layer.
- Add your sliced black olives on top.
- Sprinkle the chopped parsley over the olives.
- Cover the dip with plastic wrap and let it chill in the fridge for about 30 minutes.
- Surround the dish with blue corn tortilla chips when ready to serve.
