Bread Batter:

4 cups white granulated sugar

8 cups all-purpose flour

4 tbsp baking powder

2 tsp salt

4 large eggs

4 cups milk

1⅓ cups vegetable oil

2 cups apples, peeled and diced

2 tbsp ground cinnamon

Swirl Topping:

1⅓ cups white granulated sugar

2 tsp ground cinnamon


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour two standard loaf pans.

In a large bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon.

In another bowl, beat eggs, milk, and oil until well combined.

Add wet ingredients to dry and stir just until moistened. Gently fold in diced apples.

Pour batter evenly into prepared pans.

In a small bowl, mix the swirl topping ingredients and sprinkle over both loaves. Use a knife to swirl lightly through the top.

Bake for 55–65 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

Let cool in pans for 10 minutes, then transfer to wire racks.
