Description

Soft, buttery bread swirled with a cinnamon sugar ribbon and sweet apple bits—this loaf smells like a hug from the oven. Perfect for breakfast, snack time, or gifting to someone you love.


Ingredients

½ cup packed light brown sugar

1½ tsp ground cinnamon

⅔ cup sugar

½ cup butter, softened

2 eggs

2 tsp vanilla extract

1½ cups all-purpose flour

1½ tsp baking powder

½ cup milk

1 large apple, peeled & finely chopped


Instructions

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5″ loaf pan.

Mix brown sugar and cinnamon in a small bowl. Set aside.

In a large bowl, cream butter and sugar. Beat in eggs and vanilla.

Add flour, baking powder, and milk alternately. Mix until just combined.

Fold in chopped apple.

Pour half the batter into the pan. Sprinkle with half the cinnamon sugar. Repeat layers.

Swirl gently with a knife.

Bake for 50–60 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool before slicing.
