Beef hot dogs
Cream cheese
Fresh jalapeño slivers
Bacon strips
Hot dog buns
Optional toppings: hot honey or BBQ ranch
Instructions
Slice hot dogs lengthwise (not all the way through) and stuff with cream cheese and jalapeño slices.
Wrap each dog tightly with bacon.
Griddle on medium heat, turning until bacon is crispy and hot dog is heated through.
Toast buns on the griddle.
Serve with a drizzle of hot honey or BBQ ranch.
