Ingredients
1 wheel of brie (8 oz)
1 lb pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
2 tablespoons honey (plus extra for drizzling)
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon dried rosemary or Italian herbs
1 egg, beaten (for egg wash)
All-purpose flour (for dusting)
Optional: chopped walnuts or pecans, fresh thyme for garnish
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
On a floured surface, roll pizza dough into a large circle, about ¼ inch thick.
Place the brie in the center. Drizzle the top with honey.
Cut slits in the dough around the brie like sun rays, leaving the center intact.
Fold each strip over the brie, pressing the ends to seal.
Brush the dough with olive oil and egg wash, then sprinkle with herbs.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until golden brown and bubbling.
Cool for 5 minutes, drizzle with extra honey, and garnish with nuts or herbs if desired.
