- 2 large Ripe Bananas
- 1 small box Vanilla Pudding Mix
- 1/2 cup Milk
- 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
- 1 cup Powdered Sugar
- 2 cups Vanilla Wafers, crushed
- 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
- Yellow Sprinkles (for decoration)
Instructions
- Prepare Your Workspace.
- Mash the Bananas in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
- In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
- Add softened cream cheese to the pudding mixture and mix until smooth.
- Fold in mashed bananas.
- Add powdered sugar to taste.
- Fold in crushed vanilla wafers.
- Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
- Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
- Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- Dip truffles in melted chocolate and coat with crushed wafers or sprinkles.
- Let them set until chocolate hardens.
Notes
For variations, try milk or dark chocolate instead of white, add crunchy nuts, or mix in peanut butter for extra flavor.
