Ingredients

  • 2 large Ripe Bananas
  • 1 small box Vanilla Pudding Mix
  • 1/2 cup Milk
  • 8 oz Cream Cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 2 cups Vanilla Wafers, crushed
  • 12 oz White Chocolate Chips
  • Yellow Sprinkles (for decoration)

Instructions

  1. Prepare Your Workspace.
  2. Mash the Bananas in a medium mixing bowl until smooth.
  3. In another bowl, whisk together the vanilla pudding mix and milk until thickened.
  4. Add softened cream cheese to the pudding mixture and mix until smooth.
  5. Fold in mashed bananas.
  6. Add powdered sugar to taste.
  7. Fold in crushed vanilla wafers.
  8. Chill the mixture in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Roll mixture into 1-inch balls and place on a baking sheet.
  10. Melt white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  11. Dip truffles in melted chocolate and coat with crushed wafers or sprinkles.
  12. Let them set until chocolate hardens.

Notes

For variations, try milk or dark chocolate instead of white, add crunchy nuts, or mix in peanut butter for extra flavor.
