With naan or flatbread as the base, a smear of smoky BBQ sauce, tender rotisserie chicken, and melty cheese, it’s comfort food with barely any prep. Ingredients

• 2 naan or flatbreads
• 1 cup shredded rotisserie chicken
• 1/2 cup BBQ sauce
• 1 cup shredded mozzarella or cheddar cheese
• 1/4 red onion, thinly sliced
• Chopped cilantro (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (or set broiler on high).

Spread BBQ sauce evenly over flatbreads.

Top with chicken, cheese, and red onion.

Bake for 8–10 minutes or broil for 2–3 minutes until cheese is bubbly.

Garnish with cilantro if using.

Slice and serve warm.
