Ingredients

  • 8 oz Tortilla Chips
  • 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup BBQ Sauce
  • 2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
  • Jalapeños, fresh or pickled, to taste
  • Sour Cream, for drizzling
  • 2 Green Onions, chopped
  • Fresh Cilantro, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Gather all your ingredients before you start.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  3. Layer your tortilla chips across the bottom of an oven-safe dish.
  4. Drizzle half of your BBQ sauce over the chicken.
  5. Pop that glorious dish into your preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
  6. Top them off with fresh jalapeños, chopped green onions, and a generous drizzle of sour cream.

Notes

For extra cheesiness, sprinkle some additional cheese before baking and again when they come out of the oven.
