- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- Fresh Cilantro, for garnish
Instructions
- Gather all your ingredients before you start.
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer your tortilla chips across the bottom of an oven-safe dish.
- Drizzle half of your BBQ sauce over the chicken.
- Pop that glorious dish into your preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes or until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Top them off with fresh jalapeños, chopped green onions, and a generous drizzle of sour cream.
Notes
For extra cheesiness, sprinkle some additional cheese before baking and again when they come out of the oven.
