½ cup black beans, rinsed and drained

1 cup shredded BBQ chicken (store-bought rotisserie tossed in BBQ sauce works great)

1 avocado, chopped

34 tbsp shredded white cheddar cheese

BBQ sauce, for drizzling

2 scallions, chopped

Fresh cilantro, for garnish


Instructions
