BBQ Short Ribs

Ingredients

3 lbs beef short ribs

Salt & pepper to taste

1 tbsp olive oil

1 cup spicy BBQ sauce (or mix your favorite BBQ sauce with hot sauce & black pepper)

1 tsp smoked paprika

1 tsp crushed red pepper flakes (optional for extra heat)

Optional: chopped parsley or green onions for garnish


Instructions

Preheat grill to 275°F (135°C) using indirect heat.

Season short ribs with salt, pepper, paprika, and olive oil.

Place ribs on the grill and cook for 2.5–3 hours, turning every 45 minutes.

Brush with spicy BBQ sauce during the last 30 minutes, layering on flavor as it caramelizes.

Rest for 10 minutes, then garnish and serve.
