  • BBQ Sauce (1 cup)
  • Corn on the Cob (2-4 pieces)

Instructions

  1. Start by marinating the chicken: In a bowl, mix the chicken breasts with 1/2 cup of BBQ sauce, olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Allow it to marinate for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle: Heat your Blackstone griddle over medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Place the chicken on the griddle: Drizzle a bit of oil on the griddle, then carefully lay down the marinated chicken breasts.
  4. Cook each side: Grill the chicken for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked to 165°F (75°C).
