Description

A homemade version of Taco Bell’s crunchwrap, packed with flavor and made with love, perfect for busy weeknights.


Ingredients

  • Large Flour Tortillas
  • Ground Beef or Turkey
  • Taco Seasoning
  • Refried Beans
  • Shredded Cheese
  • Lettuce & Tomatoes
  • Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
  • Olive Oil or Cooking Spray

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
  2. Season it up by stirring in taco seasoning and water, allowing to simmer for a few minutes.
  3. Prepare the tortillas by heating them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until warm.
  4. Layer the ingredients on a tortilla: refried beans, seasoned meat, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
  5. Wrap it up, folding the tortilla edges toward the center.
  6. Cook the wrapped crunchwrap in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
