Ingredients
- Large Flour Tortillas
- Ground Beef or Turkey
- Taco Seasoning
- Refried Beans
- Shredded Cheese
- Lettuce & Tomatoes
- Sour Cream or Greek Yogurt
- Olive Oil or Cooking Spray
Instructions
- Brown the meat in a skillet over medium-high heat until no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes.
- Season it up by stirring in taco seasoning and water, allowing to simmer for a few minutes.
- Prepare the tortillas by heating them in the microwave for 10-15 seconds until warm.
- Layer the ingredients on a tortilla: refried beans, seasoned meat, shredded cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
- Wrap it up, folding the tortilla edges toward the center.
- Cook the wrapped crunchwrap in a skillet with olive oil over medium heat, about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
