  • 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated

  • 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
  • Salt, to taste
  • Black Pepper, to taste
  • Fresh Parsley, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather and chop the garlic, set out the chicken breasts.
  2. Heat up your griddle: Turn on the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  3. Season the chicken: Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
  4. Sear the chicken: Add olive oil to the griddle and lay down the chicken, searing for 6-7 minutes without moving.
  5. Flip and add garlic: Flip the chicken and sprinkle the minced garlic on top, cooking for another 5-6 minutes until done.
