- 6 cloves Garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons Olive Oil
- 1 cup Parmesan Cheese, grated
- 2 tablespoons Butter
- 2 teaspoons Italian Seasoning
- Salt, to taste
- Black Pepper, to taste
- Fresh Parsley, for garnish
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients: Gather and chop the garlic, set out the chicken breasts.
- Heat up your griddle: Turn on the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Season the chicken: Season both sides with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning, and let it sit for 10 minutes.
- Sear the chicken: Add olive oil to the griddle and lay down the chicken, searing for 6-7 minutes without moving.
- Flip and add garlic: Flip the chicken and sprinkle the minced garlic on top, cooking for another 5-6 minutes until done.
- Create the sauce: Add butter and Parmesan around the chicken, mixing it with the drippings.
- Final touches: Remove from heat, drizzle extra sauce over, and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
- Serve with love: Transfer to a serving dish and pour garlic Parmesan sauce over.
