Ingredients

  • 1 lb baby potatoes
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Fresh parsley, for garnish
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping the baby potatoes and steak.
  2. Preheat your Blackstone griddle until hot.
  3. Cook the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 10-12 minutes.
  4. Add the minced garlic and steak pieces to the griddle.
  5. Sear the steak for 3-5 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
  6. Add butter and parsley; stir to combine.
  7. Plate the steak bites and potatoes, drizzling remaining garlic butter over the top.
