- 1 lb baby potatoes
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 tbsp butter
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Fresh parsley, for garnish
- Salt and pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the ingredients by washing and chopping the baby potatoes and steak.
- Preheat your Blackstone griddle until hot.
- Cook the potatoes with olive oil, salt, and pepper for 10-12 minutes.
- Add the minced garlic and steak pieces to the griddle.
- Sear the steak for 3-5 minutes until desired doneness is reached.
- Add butter and parsley; stir to combine.
- Plate the steak bites and potatoes, drizzling remaining garlic butter over the top.
Notes
Variations include adding red pepper flakes for spice or sprinkling cheese before serving.
