Ingredients

- 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
- 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
- 3 cloves Garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon freshly grated Ginger
- 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
- 2 cups Mixed Veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
- Green Onions, for garnish
- Sesame Seeds, optional
Instructions
- Marinate the chicken by combining soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Add chicken, cover, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
- Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
- Cook the chicken on the griddle, drizzling a tablespoon of vegetable oil, searing for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
- Chop the mixed veggies into bite-sized pieces. After removing chicken, sauté the veggies on the griddle for about 5 minutes.
- Combine sliced chicken with veggies, drizzle a bit more soy sauce, and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
- Garnish the dish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.
