Ingredients

  • 1.5 lbs boneless, skinless Chicken Breast
  • 1/4 cup Soy Sauce
  • 3 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon freshly grated Ginger
  • 2 tablespoons Vegetable Oil
  • 2 cups Mixed Veggies (bell peppers, zucchini, onions)
  • Green Onions, for garnish
  • Sesame Seeds, optional

Instructions

  1. Marinate the chicken by combining soy sauce, minced garlic, and grated ginger in a bowl. Add chicken, cover, and let sit for at least 30 minutes.
  2. Preheat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat for about 10 minutes.
  3. Cook the chicken on the griddle, drizzling a tablespoon of vegetable oil, searing for 5–7 minutes on each side until golden and cooked through.
  4. Chop the mixed veggies into bite-sized pieces. After removing chicken, sauté the veggies on the griddle for about 5 minutes.
  5. Combine sliced chicken with veggies, drizzle a bit more soy sauce, and stir to combine, cooking for an additional 2 minutes.
  6. Garnish the dish with sesame seeds and green onions before serving.

Notes

Serve with white rice or lettuce wraps for a fun touch. A drizzle of yum yum sauce can elevate the meal!
