Ingredients

  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup milk of choice
  • 2 tablespoons cream cheese
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup
  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk in a medium-sized bowl until creamy.
  2. Soften the cream cheese in a separate bowl and mix with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
  3. Fold the cream cheese mixture into the oat mixture until well mixed.
  4. Add the blueberries and gently fold to incorporate.
  5. Sprinkle in the cinnamon and mix again.
  6. Jar the oats in a mason jar or container, layering with more blueberries if desired.
  7. Let it chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
  8. Serve with extra blueberries and a drizzle of honey or syrup on top.
