- ½ teaspoon cinnamon (optional)
Instructions
- Combine the rolled oats, Greek yogurt, and milk in a medium-sized bowl until creamy.
- Soften the cream cheese in a separate bowl and mix with honey or maple syrup and vanilla extract.
- Fold the cream cheese mixture into the oat mixture until well mixed.
- Add the blueberries and gently fold to incorporate.
- Sprinkle in the cinnamon and mix again.
- Jar the oats in a mason jar or container, layering with more blueberries if desired.
- Let it chill in the fridge overnight or for at least 4 hours.
- Serve with extra blueberries and a drizzle of honey or syrup on top.
