Instructions
- Gather your supplies: a mixing bowl, muffin tin, and spatula.
- Mix the yogurt base by combining Greek yogurt, honey, and vanilla extract in a bowl.
- Prepare the blueberries by rinsing and drying them.
- Fold in the blueberries gently into the yogurt mixture.
- Portion out the mixture into a lined muffin tin.
- Freeze for at least 3-4 hours until solid.
- Pop the bites out of the muffin tin.
- Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
