Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9-inch round cake pan.
- Combine the flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
- Mix the Greek yogurt, sugar, and vegetable oil in a large bowl until smooth; then add the eggs and vanilla extract.
- Incorporate the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Add the fresh blueberries gently, folding them in carefully.
- Pour the batter into the prepared cake pan.
- Bake for about 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
- Cool the cake in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring it to a wire rack.
- Serve with a dusting of powdered sugar or a drizzle of lemon glaze.
