Ingredients

Scale

3 tsp Nescafé Gold Espresso (or more if you want a stronger kick)

4 tbsp hot water

1 tbsp brown sugar

Dash of cinnamon

68 oz Bettergoods extra-creamy oat milk

Ice (crushed)

International Delight Sweet & Creamy Cold Foam (optional)

Extra brown sugar + cinnamon (for topping)

Instructions

In a small bowl or shaker, dissolve espresso, hot water, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Shake or froth until foamy.

Fill a 12 oz cup with crushed ice.

Pour oat milk over the ice, then add your shaken espresso mix.

Top with a generous layer of cold foam.

Finish with a sprinkle of brown sugar and cinnamon for that sweet spiced touch.
