2 cups cooked, shredded boneless skinless chicken breast

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

½ tsp black pepper

¼ cup nonfat Greek yogurt (or mayo/cream cheese for a richer version)

¼ cup buffalo sauce

8 stalks celery, cut into 23 inch pieces


Instructions
