- 4 large Bell Peppers
- 2 cups Cooked Chicken, shredded
- 1 cup Buffalo Sauce
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 Green Onions, chopped
- 1 tsp Garlic Powder
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the Oven: Set your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Prepare the Bell Peppers: Slice the tops off the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
- Mix the Filling: In a large mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, Buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, half the cheddar cheese, garlic powder, and green onions.
- Stuff the Peppers: Take generous spoonfuls of your filling and pack it into each bell pepper.
- Top with Cheese: Sprinkle the remaining cheddar cheese on top of each stuffed pepper.
- Bake: Cover with foil and bake for about 25 minutes, then remove the foil and bake for an additional 10-15 minutes.
- Serve and Enjoy: Let them cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
For a milder version, mix Buffalo sauce with ranch dressing. You can make these in advance and store in the fridge before baking.
