Cabbage Fat-Burning Soup

Ingredients

  • 10 stalks celery, chopped

  • 5 carrots, chopped

  • 3 onions, chopped

  • 2 green bell peppers, diced

  • 1 large head of cabbage, chopped

  • 1 (15 oz) can green beans, drained

  • 2 quarts tomato juice

  • 2 (16 oz) cans whole peeled tomatoes (with liquid)

  • 1 (14 oz) can beef broth

  • Cold water (to cover veggies)

  • 1 packet dry onion soup mix

Instructions

  • Add all vegetables to a large soup pot.

  • Pour in tomato juice, canned tomatoes, beef broth, and just enough cold water to cover.

  • Stir in onion soup mix.

  • Bring to a boil, then reduce heat and simmer for 25 minutes or until veggies are tender.

  • Serve warm and enjoy!
