Ingredients
Brownie Layer: 1 box brownie mix (plus ingredients on package) or homemade brownies
Cheesecake Cream:
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 cup powdered sugar
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 1/2 cups heavy whipping cream
Caramel Sauce: 1 cup store-bought or homemade caramel
Optional garnish: Chocolate shavings, extra caramel drizzle, crushed pecans
Instructions
Bake brownies – Prepare according to package or recipe. Cool completely, then cut into small cubes.
Make cheesecake cream – Beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth. In another bowl, whip heavy cream to stiff peaks, then fold into cream cheese mixture.
Assemble trifle – In a large glass trifle dish (or individual cups), layer brownie cubes, cheesecake cream, and caramel sauce. Repeat layers until the dish is full.
Top & chill – Finish with a swirl of cheesecake cream, caramel drizzle, and garnish of your choice. Chill for at least 1 hour before serving for best flavor.
