Ingredients
1 thin pizza crust (store-bought or homemade)
2 ripe pears, thinly sliced
1 tbsp butter
1 tbsp brown sugar
1 cup shredded mozzarella
½ cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese
¼ cup toasted walnuts, roughly chopped
1–2 tbsp honey
Instructions
Caramelize pears: In a skillet, melt butter, add pears and brown sugar. Cook 5–7 min until golden and tender.
Assemble pizza: Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C). Place crust on a baking sheet or stone. Top with mozzarella, caramelized pears, gorgonzola, and walnuts.
Bake: Bake 8–10 min until cheese is melted and crust is crisp.
Finish: Drizzle with honey before slicing.
