Description

A creamy and cheesy macaroni salad perfect for summer cookouts and gatherings.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups Macaroni Pasta
  • 1 cup Sharp Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 cup Sour Cream
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • ½ cup Celery, diced

  • 1 tablespoon Dijon Mustard

  2. Drain the pasta in a colander and rinse it under cold water.
  3. Dice the celery and chop the green onions.
  4. Shred the cheddar cheese if using a block.
  5. Mix the sour cream, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl until smooth.
  6. Combine the cooled macaroni with the dressing, celery, green onions, and cheddar cheese.
  7. Mix everything thoroughly without mashing the pasta.
  8. Chill the salad in the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
  9. Serve with a garnish of fresh herbs on top.
