Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
- Separate the eggs carefully, placing the whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
- Mix the yolks with cream cheese, shredded cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
- Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
- Fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites gently.
- Spoon mounds of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until golden brown.
- Cool for a few minutes before serving.
