Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 300°F (150°C).
  2. Separate the eggs carefully, placing the whites in one bowl and yolks in another.
  3. Mix the yolks with cream cheese, shredded cheese, baking powder, and salt until smooth.
  4. Whisk the egg whites until stiff peaks form.
  5. Fold the egg yolk mixture into the whipped egg whites gently.
  6. Spoon mounds of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
