  • Author: Emily Walker

  • Yield: 6 rolls 1x

Description

These Cheesy Crab Shrimp Bombs are everything you love about creamy seafood dishes, all rolled up into golden, cheesy tortilla wraps. Loaded with tender shrimp, sweet lump crab meat, and smothered in a rich, melty cheese sauce, they bake up hot and bubbling—perfect for a comforting dinner, party appetizer, or seafood night done right. One bite and you’ll see why they’re called bombs.

Ingredients

Scale

6 medium flour tortillas

1 cup cooked shrimp, chopped

1 cup lump crab meat

1 tablespoon butter

2 garlic cloves, minced

1 tablespoon chopped parsley

1 cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack cheese

½ cup cream cheese, softened

½ cup heavy cream or half-and-half

Salt and pepper to taste

Optional: crushed red pepper flakes, paprika for topping

Instructions

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

In a skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Sauté garlic until fragrant (about 1 minute).

In a bowl, combine shrimp, crab, cream cheese, parsley, salt, pepper, and half of the shredded cheese.

Spoon the seafood mixture into each tortilla, roll tightly, and place seam-side down in a greased baking dish.

Pour heavy cream evenly over the tortillas and top with the remaining shredded cheese. Sprinkle with paprika or red pepper flakes for a kick.

Bake uncovered for 20–25 minutes or until golden and bubbly.

Garnish with extra parsley and serve hot.
