1 ripe banana

1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)

½ cup Greek yogurt (or a plant-based alternative)

1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

A few ice cubes (optional for extra chill)

Banana slices and cherries for garnish (optional)


Instructions

Add cherries, banana, milk, yogurt, sweetener, and ice (if using) to a blender.

Blend until thick and creamy.

Pour into a glass and garnish with banana slices and a cherry on top.
