12 oz pasta (penne or rotini work great)
2 cups cooked chicken, shredded or cubed
6 slices cooked bacon, crumbled
1 cup ranch dressing
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Instructions
Cook pasta according to package directions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, combine ranch dressing, milk, and both cheeses over medium heat. Stir until melted and creamy.
Add in cooked chicken and bacon. Mix well.
Stir in the pasta and cook for another 2–3 minutes until everything is heated through.
Serve hot, garnished with parsley if desired.
