- 1.5 pounds Chicken Breast
- 6 strips Bacon
- 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
- 1 red Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 green Bell Pepper, sliced
- 1 medium Onion, sliced
- 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
- Salt and Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Prep your ingredients by chopping the veggies and bacon.
- Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
- Cook the bacon for 5–7 minutes until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
- Sear the chicken in bacon drippings, cooking for about 5 minutes per side.
- Add the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
- Combine the crumbled bacon, ranch dressing with chicken and veggies, stirring well.
- Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
- Serve and enjoy!
Notes
For a spicy twist, add jalapeños or hot sauce; for a BBQ variation, substitute ranch with BBQ sauce.
