A delightful one-pan dish featuring juicy chicken, crispy bacon, colorful veggies, and creamy ranch dressing, all cooked on a Blackstone griddle.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1.5 pounds Chicken Breast
  • 6 strips Bacon
  • 1/2 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 red Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 green Bell Pepper, sliced
  • 1 medium Onion, sliced
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by chopping the veggies and bacon.
  2. Heat the Blackstone griddle to medium-high heat.
  3. Cook the bacon for 5–7 minutes until crispy, then transfer to a paper towel-lined plate.
  4. Sear the chicken in bacon drippings, cooking for about 5 minutes per side.
  5. Add the sliced bell peppers and onions, cooking for 3–4 minutes until tender-crisp.
  6. Combine the crumbled bacon, ranch dressing with chicken and veggies, stirring well.
  7. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top and let it melt.
  8. Serve and enjoy!

Notes

For a spicy twist, add jalapeños or hot sauce; for a BBQ variation, substitute ranch with BBQ sauce.
