- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 cup mixed bell peppers (red, green, yellow), diced
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 cups baby spinach
- 1 cup ranch dressing
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Optional: Grated cheese for topping
Instructions
- Prep Your Ingredients: Organize by dicing the chicken, chopping the bell peppers, and dicing the onion.
- Cook the Bacon: In a skillet over medium heat, add the bacon until crispy, about 5-7 minutes.
- Sauté the Chicken: In the same skillet, add chicken, season with salt and pepper, and cook for 5-6 minutes until cooked through.
- Add the Veggies: Toss in onion and bell peppers, sauté for about 4 minutes until softened.
- Add Spinach and Bacon: Stir in spinach and bacon, cook for 2-3 minutes until spinach wilts.
