Ingredients

  • 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • Toppings (as desired)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Combine shredded chicken, egg, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
  3. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the chicken mixture onto the sheet, shaping it into a crust about 1/2 inch thick.
  4. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
