Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken breast
- 1 large egg
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- Toppings (as desired)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Combine shredded chicken, egg, mozzarella, garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large mixing bowl.
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and transfer the chicken mixture onto the sheet, shaping it into a crust about 1/2 inch thick.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown and crispy.
- Add your favorite toppings and return to the oven for another 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly.
- Slice and serve with fresh herbs or a drizzle of olive oil.
