Ingredients
• 2½ cups chicken (shredded or chopped)
• ½ cup diced celery
• ½ cup red seedless grapes, quartered
• ¼ cup sliced almonds (or chopped pecans)
• ¼ cup light mayo
• ¼ cup non-fat Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp dried minced onion
• 2 tsp apple cider vinegar
• ¼ tsp celery salt (or regular salt)
• 1 tsp honey
Instructions
Toast almonds in a dry pan over medium heat until fragrant and golden.
In a large bowl, mix mayo, Greek yogurt, vinegar, honey, dried onion, and salt.
Stir in chicken, celery, grapes, and toasted almonds until well combined.
Cover and refrigerate for at least 20–25 minutes so flavors can meld beautifully.
Serve on lettuce, bread, crackers, or celery sticks!
