Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven: Set your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Sauté the spinach: In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add spinach and sauté for 2-3 minutes until wilted.
  3. Combine the chicken and spinach: In a mixing bowl, combine shredded chicken, sautéed spinach, and garlic powder. Toss well.
  4. Mix in the creamy goodness: Add cream cheese and sour cream, blending until smooth.
  5. Add the cheese: Fold in grated cheddar, salt, and pepper.
