Description

Decadent Chocolate Mousse Brownies combine rich, fudgy brownies with airy chocolate mousse for an indulgent dessert experience.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup Unsalted Butter
  • 8 oz Dark Chocolate
  • 1 ½ cups Granulated Sugar
  • 4 large Eggs
  • 1 cup All-Purpose Flour
  • ½ cup Cocoa Powder
  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 1 cup Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a 9×13 inch baking pan with parchment paper.
  2. Melt the dark chocolate and unsalted butter together until smooth.
  3. Mix in the granulated sugar, then add eggs one at a time, mixing until shiny.
  4. Fold in the all-purpose flour and cocoa powder until just combined.
  5. Bake for 25-30 minutes until a toothpick comes out with moist crumbs.
  6. Prepare the mousse by whipping the heavy cream and powdered sugar until soft peaks form.
  7. Gently fold the whipped cream into the melted chocolate.
  8. Assemble by spreading the mousse over the cooled brownies and chill for at least 2 hours.
  9. Serve sliced, optionally drizzled with chocolate sauce or garnished with chocolate shavings.
