Ingredients
½ cup self-rising flour
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2 tbsp sugar
½ cup milk
2 tbsp vegetable oil
½ tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp chocolate chips
Instructions
In a large microwave-safe mug, whisk together self-rising flour, cocoa powder, and sugar.
Add milk, oil, and vanilla. Mix until smooth and well combined.
Stir in chocolate chips.
