Chocolate Layer:
• ½ cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
• 1 heaped tbsp unsweetened cacao powder
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
Peanut Butter Layer:
• ½ cup (120ml) Greek yogurt
• 1 tbsp peanut butter
• 1–2 tsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
In a small bowl, mix all ingredients for the chocolate layer until smooth.
In another bowl, mix the peanut butter layer ingredients.
In a glass or small jar, layer the chocolate mixture and peanut butter mixture one on top of the other.
Optional: Top with cacao nibs, crushed nuts, or a drizzle of peanut butter.
Chill for 10–15 minutes or enjoy right away!
