Instructions
Cook chorizo on the griddle until browned. Set aside.

On a large tortilla, layer eggs, chorizo, hash browns, and cheese over a tostada.
Fold the tortilla over the center, creating a sealed wrap.
Sear folded side down first on the griddle until golden, then flip to crisp the other side.
