Ingredients

1/4 cup brown sugar
1 tbsp cinnamon
1 tbsp flour
Cream Cheese Glaze:
2 oz cream cheese, softened
1/2 cup powdered sugar
2 tbsp milk
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
Make the swirl: In a small bowl, combine melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, and flour. Pour into a piping bag or zip-top bag and set aside.
Prepare your favorite pancake batter (use homemade or a boxed mix). Heat a skillet over medium heat and lightly grease.
Pour batter onto the skillet. Once bubbles start to form, pipe a swirl of the cinnamon mixture on top.
Flip carefully and cook until golden brown and cooked through.
Make the glaze: Whisk cream cheese, powdered sugar, milk, and vanilla until smooth and pourable.
