Ingredients
For the Salad:
• 8 cups broccoli florets
• ½ cup bacon bits
• ½ cup dried cranberries
• ¼ cup red onion, diced
• ⅓ cup sunflower seeds
For the Dressing:
• 1 cup mayonnaise
• 3 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1½ tbsp white sugar
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
In a large bowl, combine broccoli, bacon bits, cranberries, red onion, and sunflower seeds.
In a small bowl, whisk together mayo, apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, and pepper until smooth.
Pour dressing over the salad and toss until everything is well coated.
