1 cup cottage cheese (blended until smooth)
2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
2–3 tbsp maple syrup or honey (to taste)
1/2 tsp vanilla extract
A pinch of salt
Optional: fresh berries or shaved dark chocolate for topping
Instructions
Blend cottage cheese in a food processor until silky smooth.
Add cocoa powder, sweetener, vanilla, and salt. Blend again until fully mixed and creamy.
Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
Spoon into small bowls or ramekins and chill for 30 minutes.
Top with berries or chocolate before serving.
