Ingredients
2 cups boiling water
2 (0.3 oz) packages sugar-free cherry-flavored gelatin mix
1 (16 oz) can jellied cranberry sauce
1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained
½ cup chopped pecans
Instructions
In a large bowl, dissolve gelatin mix in boiling water. Stir until fully dissolved.
Add jellied cranberry sauce and whisk until smooth and well combined.
Fold in drained crushed pineapple and chopped pecans.
Pour into a serving dish or mold and refrigerate for at least 3 hours, until fully set.
Serve chilled—slice or scoop for a refreshing, fruity side or dessert.
